Mundwiler Funeral Home announces the death of 67-year-old David Hepper, of Big Stone City, formerly of Milbank, SD.
Funeral services for David Hepper will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Living Word Lutheran Church in Milbank. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 26, from 4:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Living Word Lutheran Church. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue at the church on Friday, one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Milbank City Cemetery.

Harlan is survived by his wife, Charlotte Plagge of Big Stone City, SD; his children: David (Jennifer) Plagge of Clara City, MN; Nathan Plagge of Belmond, OH; Elizabeth Buehner of Dell Rapids, SD; and Debra Plagge of Dell Rapids, SD; his grandchildren: Isabelle, Adelyn, Sullivan, and Christopher; his brothers: Darwin Plagge of Cedar Falls, IA; and Roy Plagge of Latimer, IA; and his sister, Judy (Mark) Barnhart of Monticello, IL.
