In the good ol’ summertime – people still need blood on a daily basis and only you can provide the “missing types” of this lifesaving element.

There will be a power red collection that day; to be a power red donor, you must have blood type “O”, “A” or “B” negative and have not donated power red cells in the last 16 weeks. You can set up a power red appointment by calling Audrey Volkenant at (320) 568-2385. All other regular blood donors are welcome to walk in and donate at their convenience.

Blood donation appointments can also be scheduled by using the Red Cross Blood Donor App, which is available for download in the App Store or Google Play Store; visiting redcrossblood.org or calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767).
