ZOO BOO provides a safe and enjoyable Halloween
experience for trick-or-treaters of all ages in our community. With your participation, we can make it a success!

Rules and Regulations
1. Booths should have a specific theme—there are prizes to be awarded!
2. All of your group must be in costume.
3. There must be at least 2 people staffing the booth at all times (individuals staffing the booth will be admitted free of charge).
4. Sorry, no pets or latex balloons allowed inside zoo grounds.
5. You may begin set-up at 9am on Saturday morning.
6. You may drive into the zoo to unload and reload. All cars must be out by 12:30pm sharp!
7. Booths must be set-up and decorated by 12:45pm on zoo grounds.
8. There will not be any indoor booths. Please dress for the weather! Event is held rain, snow or shine!
9. Teams may not tear down before 5:59pm!
10. All decorating materials must be removed from the zoo on Saturday night unless prior arrangements have been made.
11. Each booth will provide its own candy or treats. For planning purposes, expect approximately 2,500-3,000 trick-or-treaters (youth, plus their families since some parents do trick-or-treat)!
12. “Treats” may advertise your business or require them to come to your establishment later to get something free or reduced but may not be general flyers geared towards parents. Please attach marketing materials to the treat.
13. At least one member from each team must attend a mandatory ZOO BOO meeting prior to the event on Tuesday, October 22nd at 5:15pm at Bramble Park Zoo.
